Can you manage a sharepoint site without having the sharepoint software? Or do you need the software in order to make changes to the site? Is it possible to use dreamweaver to create templates for a sharepoint site without having the sharepoint software? If not is there another way to create an interactive site and web pages where people need to sign in and can post inforamtion that doesnt use sharepoint and isnt prohibitably expensive?

By adding a lookup field that points to a client list, a multi-select field that allows me to associate project tasks to each other, and an appended comments field where it’s easy to track who has done what on the project and when, I’m able to greatly enhance the data I’m able to capture and use.
