I am a computer software engineer and am learning data warehousing techniques and business intelligence. I happened to meet a person who works for an asset insurance company and I got him interested in the idea. I am unable to give him any practical advantage. Can any one give me some real life scenario that I discuss him in order to give him more insight and convince him to use DW and/or BI.
