    I know what the two bracket means.
    The two brackets are also used in a math-based programming language, lua.
    Example
    function onChatted()
    game.Workspace:remove
    end
    or.
    funciton onChatted(part)
    part = ???
    game.Workspace:part
    end

    The brackets indicate that it is a method or function you call. They are methods of WebBrowser1 (hence the dot) and they have no parameters (so nothing in the brackets.)
